How long does it take to have glasses made?

Generally it takes about a week to have the glasses made and sent out.  Usually you can expect to receive them within about 10 days. 

Can I pay to have the glasses arrive sooner.

Yes.  Usually if we need to rush a particular job, we don't have a problem.  It does vary based on the frames and/or lens options, but we will work with you to get them to you as quickly as possible.  Rush shipping is also available upon request.

Can you put lenses in my own frames?

Yes, we can put lenses into almost any frame.  Simply fill out the form or give us a call and we will be more than happy to have the lenses made for you.

Do you offer Varilux?

Yes, we offer all Varilux brand lenses at unbeatable prices, as well as many other !

Do I get a discount for ordering multiple pairs of glasses?

Yes, definitely!  You get 25% off of the 2nd pair (of equal or lesser value) and you also receive one low shipping charge of $5 for both pairs of glasses.

Do the frames have any kind of warranty?

Yes, all frames come with a 1-year warranty against any manufacturer's defects.  (This does not include abuse to the glasses or mishandling.)

Can I place my order over the phone?

Absolutely!  We are available weekdays from 10 am to 8 pm EST, and some weekends.  If you call and we do not answer at any time, please leave a message and we will be sure to call you back within 1 business day (if not sooner!).

Can I email or fax you a copy of my prescription instead of entering it into the site to ensure accuracy?
