1. Eyeglasses, How do I know what Eyeglass frame size I need?
To determine the frame size of your eyeglasses you need, look inside your current eye glasses on the earpiece or bridge. You will see numbers imprinted there such as 48-20, 51-19 (an example). Use these numbers as a guide when selecting your new eyeglass frame.
If you select a eyeglass size that is a millimeter larger or smaller, that will be fine. If the numbers are rubbed off the frames, just measure the width across one lens with a millimeter or inch ruler. Let us know the measurement, and we can then help you select the appropriate eyeglass frame size.
2. How do you receive our eyeglasses prescription?
Submit it: You can submit your eyeglasses prescription through the website on the form provided, when you place an order. Email it: You can also email your eyeglasses prescription to us as it is written from your doctor. Fax it: You may also fax your prescription eyeglasses to us. 1-954-340-5792
3. Can I have non prescription eyeglass lenses put into any eyeglass frame?
Yes, we can put non prescription (plain) lenses into any eyeglass frame you select. The cost will be the same as the eye glasses with single vision lenses. Any options can be added to these prescription lenses as well such as, Tinting, UV Protection or any Coatings.
4. Can any of the plastic lenses be made in glass?
Yes, we can use clear glass instead of plastic.
5. Can I use my own eyeglass frame?
Yes you can use your own frame. Just send it to us with your prescription, any special instructions, and payment. Email us to get the exact cost of the prescription lenses you need.
